4 out of 5 stars Good Workout   July 25, 2010
KatieP (MA)
I definitely worked up a sweat doing the workouts in this game. The only thing I wish was that games for the wii had better graphics in general. The use of the wii fit board is ok. I think it could be used more for some activities. I bought this game for the workout though and I can not complain about the level of that. It is not difficult to follow and it is a quick workout (only about 15 minutes).

5 out of 5 stars Loves it!   July 11, 2010

Great fun to play and really gets you up and moving. I've got a bum knee, and a few of the sessions do give me problems. That may be my form, since it's not high-impact, but it's something to consider. The whole "earning points to buy different outfits" is kinda corny, but I guess they're trying to find ways to keep you motivated.

The workouts are solid, and if you keep pace with them you WILL work up a sweat and will probably feel a bit of soreness the next day the first couple times. Well worth the money.

5 out of 5 stars Great Workout for the Disabled !   July 11, 2010
The Fallen Angel with a broken Wing (Dark Corner Deep Within the Mind)

Aside from the Advance exercises like Sit-Ups and Jumping rope. This game is perfect for a disabled person like myself to stay in shape. I find the cardio boxing very simple to do without having to twist into difficult positions like Wii Fit does. Being I am in a wheelchair the cardio boxing was very simple to do by just sitting on my couch and still getting a good workout. It's fun and get's me sweating so I know I'm getting a good workout. I enjoy it alot and would definitely recommend it not only for the disabled but for everybody !

5 out of 5 stars Good workout!   June 28, 2010

This gives you a really good sweaty workout without wearing you out. It's fun but it works. I also like the punch calendar. It keeps you motivated to keep working out so you can fill up the calendar. I like that you can do a prepared workout that they pick out for you or "A La Carte" where you pick out what you want to do. You can also pick from different trainers that you unlock as you go. All in all I really enjoy it.

4 out of 5 stars More than cardio boxing!   June 27, 2010

A lot of these reviews are saying that this workout is all cardio boxing but it is not. Keep playing it! There is all kinds of workouts, basketball, tennis, volleyball, dance moves, running and great toning exercises. I put my intensity on high, set my goals and I'm good! You can work out with someone side to side but you have to buy another accessory kit so they have a leg strap and rubber band. Good luck! I hope you play it some more and discover all the cool workout options this game has to offer.
